Office design and interior implementation project for Myriad Capital office
The idea was to separate rooms along windows without obstructing the sweeping views and natural light, with workstations to meet regulations of minimum density of 6 sq. m. for one workstation, and to spice up simple furniture design with matching art.
The process was smooth from the beginning with the first test-fit options, a super-fast design stage with one alteration, and a full summary of all the “need to buy before move-in” list: furniture from two different suppliers, decorations, non-standard solutions, conference AV equipment, plants, cutlery, and dishes.

Interior implementation project for HRX logistic center
This is one of those project where I was acting more like a Project manager. For this client, I sourced designer Karolis Kyzikas, and my responsibilities included finding the best suppliers for furniture, décor elements, and room-in-room solutions, as well as handling cost control and maintaining a strong attention to detail. HRX logistics office is exceptional because it is all about people including hotel-room-style premises for drivers to rest between rides, functional working places, collaborative meeting areas and cosy attitude to every office detail on a budget and in time!

Furniture procurement management for Sanctum nature retreat center
Simplifying the decision-making process helped to avoid endless research and unnecessary meetings. The main objective was to prepare a smart tender covering all furniture and décor items and to manage orders from various suppliers. I also aimed to identify unique suppliers to ensure the design concept was fully realised. All processes had to comply with strict regulations for order documentation and meet high quality standards.
