My name is Ieva Bagdzeviciute.
With over 20 years of experience in project management, I specialise in delivering complex interior projects – especially those that start with more questions than answers. My strength lies in adapting quickly, finding practical solutions, and navigating challenges like tight deadlines, limited budgets, or supplier issues. For me, project management is less about rigid structures and more about using the right tools at the right time.
My work combines strategic thinking and a deep understanding of design. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Vilnius Art Academy and a Master’s in Strategic Management from Mykolas Romeris University. This blend allows me to approach projects holistically – from aesthetic choices to business-driven decisions. I’ve led everything from small office upgrades to 3000 sq.m. organizational transformations.
I bring extensive experience in both custom-made furniture production for Scandinavian markets and dealership management for international brands. Over the years, I’ve developed strong expertise in tendering and selecting the right furniture suppliers—ensuring cost control, clear budgeting, and on-time delivery. I understand how materials, furniture, and layout impact not only functionality but also company culture. And I believe that thoughtful support during workplace changes makes all the difference.
